Watch North West Rap Along to a Preview of Her Track on Ye's 'Vultures' Album
Ye‘s oldest daughter, North West appeared on stage for her dad’s Vultures album listening party.
Seen bouncing around on the Miami stage, North shows off her newest feature, surrounded by the likes of Ty Dolla $ign, Freddie Gibbs, Offset, Lil Durk and more. North riled up the crowd, excited to show a preview of her song. Already, her lyrics are deemed catchy and iconic. North, who was dressed in an all-clad black fit in an oversized leather jacket, iced-out chain and YEEZY slides, can be heard featured in her own verse in an unreleased track off Vultures — “It’s your bestie/Miss Miss Westie/Don’t try to test me/It’s gonna get messy/It’s gonna get messy/Just, just bless me.”
In a previous interview with i-D, she explains what she aspires to do, “Well, when I was seven, I wanted to be a boxer. But now I don’t want to be a boxer.” She added, “I’m going to do art on the side. When I’m, like, thirteen, I want to walk dogs, to make money to buy art supplies, because everything around here is so expensive. So a rapper, a basketball player, and I’m going to make artwork that I sell.” She also expressed that she wants to own her parents’ brands YEEZY and SKIMS one day. This is not the first time that North has showed off her musical performance skills. She made her rap debut during Paris Fashion Week at the YEEZY Season 8 show.
