  • The Happy Mondays are making their triumphant return to live UK music with a brand new tour.

The Manchester icons have just confirmed a massive 16-date UK tour, beginning in March of 2024.

These are slated to be their only tour dates in 2024, so fans of the band should be jumping at the chance to go to a show near them once tickets are released.

Even more exciting is that they’re being supported by two other icons from the 1990s British music scene: Inspiral Carpets and Stereo MC’s.

This is the band’s first headline tour in five years and will kick off in Glasgow on March 14. A month later, on April 14, it’ll come to a close in Brighton – with a hometown show in the midst of it all at Manchester’s O2 Victoria Warehouse.

They’re hitting some of the country’s biggest venues, and it’s going to be a wild experience.

The tour – which has been dubbed The Been There Done That Tour – will include the classic members of the band, including Shaun Ryder and Bez.

“It’s going to be a lot of fun. See you there!” Shaun Ryder, Happy Mondays

Ryder confirmed: “We’re really looking forward to the Happy Mondays’ first headline tour for five years. We’ll be playing all the hits for everyone, so it’s going to be a lot of fun. See you there!”

Bez added: “Can’t wait to get out on tour with Happy Mondays. Shake your maracas in the air like you just don’t care!”

Rowetta confirmed: “Me and my voice can’t wait to sing all across the UK for a tour to remember.”

Happy Mondays tickets are about to be released later this week, but there is a chance to get tickets earlier than anyone else using this presale code.
