Love Island legend turns heads as she returns to villa for Australian series
Love Island UK star Lucinda Strafford is set to join the Australian version of the hugely popular dating show.
The 23-year-old bombshell first graced our screens when she joined the UK version back in 2021, where she formed connections with Brad McClelland and Aaron Francis. But her time on the show came to an end before it really began after she was booted from the show just weeks after her arrival.
Now the brunette beauty will be going Down Under to join the upcoming season of the show where she hopes to have a second chance at love. A source told The Sun: “Lucinda is a bona fide Love Island legend, so everyone’s really excited for even more viewers to enjoy her special brand of ditzy banter.

“She’s so gorgeous, she was a real hit with the lads in the Majorca villa, so no doubt Lucinda will have the Aussie lads’ heads spinning too.” It comes after the news that the TV star had “secretly rekindled” her romance with her footballer ex-boyfriend Aaron Connolly after a bitter split.
But it appears as though the pair have once again ended their relationship. The influencer reportedly ended her romance with the Venezia FC forward, 22, on bad terms after dating on-and-off for three years until their break-up last April.
Their split saw the police called to his home amid cheating claims, with the ITV star said to have confronted him following an evening out at Shooshh nightclub in Brighton over suspicions that he had cheated on her, prompting the spat.
A Sussex Police spokesperson told the MailOnline at the time: “Just after 5.30am on Sunday April 3, police responded to a domestic disturbance at an address in Appletree Close, Burgess Hill. A 22-year-old woman arrested at the address on suspicion of assault was released without charge.”
A source later told The Sun: “Their relationship had been toxic for some time before this. They broke up last year then wanted to give it another shot, but it just doesn’t look like it’s going to work.
“Lucinda had a nice night out with her friends but later went to his place where things completely erupted. She’s had to put up with a lot during their relationship and she questioned him about apparently cheating on her.
“She kicked off and police were called. She needed calming down by cops.” The news comes after eagle-eyed Love Island fans speculated whether the TV star could be pregnant after they spotted a “baby bump” back in January.

After a glamorous night out, the model shared a glamorous snap of herself in a sizzling red dress which featured frilly billowing sleeves. Lucinda was forced to address the rumours just weeks after she had rekindled her romance with the football star.
Shutting down the claims, she said: “Omg guys I am LAUGHING. I definitely do not have a baby bump. The sleeves of the dress are massive & VERY frilly. I think the angle of my arm isn’t helping either LOL.”
