MAFSUK’s Peggy rushed to hospital after horror reaction left her ‘unable to see’
Married At First Sight UK star Peggy Rose was in and out of hospital after a horror allergic reaction left her unable to see her own face.
The 32-year-old, who is married to Georges Berthonneau on the E4 series, was left with swollen eyes after moving into the show's apartments, which are near Wembley in London. An allergy to dust caused havoc for the reality star.
She has revealed: "I had the worst allergy to dust, which I didn't realise I had until moving into the apartments. We were right by Wembley, where they cut the grass three times a day and I had a pollen allergy.

"So my eyes were swelling up every morning. I was in and out of hospital several times on antibiotics, steroids."
She went on: "I had to put makeup on my eyes and I couldn't even seen my lash line and I think it's an element of stress as well." It wasn't the first time Peggy had been left unwell due to stress though.
The blonde bombshell had previously worked as a technology risk partner, but she quit to go into fashion instead. She said: "My old job was making me ill. I hadn't had a period in four years because of stress with my job.
"It's hard and you get comments online like, 'She looks pregnant,' and I'm like, 'I would love to be pregnant because I don't know if I can have children at the moment, you know?'" Luckily, she explained fans have been supportive mostly.
She went on to thank viewers who have been watching her journey with Georges. Peggy added: "We've had our ups and downs, but I feel like every relationship goes through that."
The unlikely couple have had tongues wagging on the show as they've been very open about their sexual preferences. Georges revealed himself to be a big fan of "rimming" – but Peggy wasn't so sure.
Her sister Holly was equally as horrified too, making her feelings clear when they visited the couple. Georges past squatting videos for his live stream fans caused upset too.
