Ozzy Osbourne has opened up about his health battle and says he has "10 years left to live".
The 74-year-old rocker says he's "f**king p****d off" at the thought of not having "the chance to say goodbye" to his fans with one final show. He's been plagued with spinal issues and even a tumour in recent years, forcing him to cancel previously scheduled tours and he has been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease.
He told Rolling Stone UK: "I said to Sharon that I’d smoked a joint recently and she said, ‘What are you doing that for! It'll f*****g kill you'.’ I said: 'How long do you want me to f*****g live for?!' At best, I’ve got ten years left and when you’re older, time picks up speed!".

It's been over 20 years of pain for Ozzy since a quad bike accident at his home in 2003, but a subsequent fall in 2019 left him in more agony than ever and past surgeries have "drastically gone wrong", leaving him "crippled". He explained: "I thought I’d be up and running after the second and third [surgeries], but with the last one they put a f****g rod in my spine.
"They found a tumour in one of the vertebrae, so they had to dig all that out too. It’s pretty rough, man, and my balance is all f****d. It comes after Ozzy's wife Sharon Osbourne offered an update on her husband's health on ITV's Good Morning Britain. Host Ben Shephard asked the former X Factor judge: "How is Ozzy doing? Because I know it has been a tough few years hasn't it."
Sharon reflected: "Oh a nightmare. A nightmare five years of operations and just you know I do not know how he has stood for it. He is good, no more operations, they're all done! And he is looking forward to coming back he really is. He is the one that has been here the least of the whole family. Working and so he is excited but he is a little bit scared, he goes 'I won't know anyone anymore'."
Ben reassured: "Oh it's alright, everyone will still know and love him that is the main thing." Also during her appearance, Sharon reflected on her personal health struggles and use of Ozempic, admitting she lost a lot more weight than she intended to.

She confessed: "My fear is that it [ozempic] is put in the right hands. I fear for teenagers… I'm scared for those aged 16 to 20 as it's so easy to take it and think 'I can eat what I want'. t needs to be in the hands of only people who totally understand it. I don't want young girls… the world we live in today means everyone wants to be skinny. I could do with putting on a few pounds but my body isn't listening."
Ben asked what Ozzy thought of her using the drugs, Sharon bluntly stated: "He's scared, he doesn't like it. He's scared something is going to happen to me. 'This is it, you've got skinny – something it going to happen'… he's always thinking about the downside and thinks it's too good to be true."
