FOLLOWING the success of the movie Boiling Point, the BBC are bringing fans a spin-off drama.
The new BBC One series follows on from the 2021 film, and brings with it a familiar cast.
Who is in the cast of Boiling Point?
Stephen Graham as Andy Jones
Acclaimed actor Stephen Graham reprises his role as Andy Jones. who was head chef in the movie, but suffered a heart attack.
The TV and film star has become a familiar face both on the big and small screen.
Stephen shot to fame in This Is England , and also starred in their spin-off shows.
Other notable roles include Line of Duty, Little Boy Blue, and Peaky Blinders.

What is the plot for Boiling Point?
Boiling Point takes place eight months after the film.
It picks up in the aftermath of mentor Andy Jones' heart attack.
Meanwhile, Head Chef Carly is battling to forge a name for new Dalston restaurant Point North alongside her old kitchen crew.
The series follows the team as the stresses of keeping the restaurant running bear down on them amidst a hospitality industry in crisis.
With the pressure to draw in new, hungry customers and the financial squeeze to keep the business profitable, the team must find a way to manage their complicated personal lives whilst creating quality food day in, day out.
Where was Boiling Point filmed?
For the Boiling Point series, filming took place in Manchester in January 2023.
The series was mainly shot at Space Studios in the city, which was also used for Happy Valley, The Full Monty, and Peaky Blinders.
Meanwhile, the Boiling Point movie was actually shot in a real restaurant in London.
Jones & Sons in Dalston was used as the key location for the 2021 film.
When is Boiling Point on TV?
Boiling Point will kick off on BBC One on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at 9pm.
