Noel Gallagher enjoys date with posh estate agent Serena McGivern nine months after marriage split | The Sun
OASIS legend Noel Gallagher has been seen stepping out with a luxury estate agent who’s the spit of his ex wife Sara Macdonald.
The High Flying Birds singer, 56, was spotted with Serena McGivern, 52, in a top London restaurant and bar alongside a small group of posh pals.
The Sun exclusively revealed in January that Noel had split from Sara, 52, after 12 years of marriage, and he’s been spotted on several dates over the past ten months.
An observer said: “Obviously everyone’s head turned the minute the Oasis star walked into the restaurant but fellow diners were just as intrigued by the beautiful woman who was by his side.
“Although they sat at a large table with four other friends – two men and two women who seemed to be in couples. It almost looked like a triple date night.
“Meanwhile Serena and Noel were clearly sitting next to each other and slightly separated from the rest of the group.

“They were side-by-side laughing and chatting as Noel drank beer and tried not to be distracted by the fact everyone in the restaurant were looking across.”
The couple arrived at Kettners bar and Restaurant in Soho, which is owned by private members club group Soho House, for a drink around 7.45pm.
They were accompanied by a well-built man, who appeared to be one of the Oasis singer’s bodyguards, and then met his pal James Cook, the former husband of Poppy Delevingne, and his girlfriend, singer Emma Deigman, as well as two other people.
The restaurant is popular with celebrities, and over its 156-year history has been a favourite spot for royalty, politicians, singers and artists.

On the night Noel and Serena came in it has already played host to comedian Alan Carr, presenter Kirsty Gallacher as well as actors Anna Maxwell-Martin and Dame Harriet Walter.
Later the group went on to see comedian Micky Flanagan at The Lyric Theatre, which is just round the corner from Kettners on Shaftesbury Avenue, before heading to Nobu restaurant in nearby Mayfair.
Previously based in Fulham, West London, Serena once dated Pop Idol judge Neil Fox, and were seen attending the Goldeneye film premiere together in 1995.
She later wed Jeremy McGivern, 51, and they are both directors of Mercury Homesearch, a high class agency that finds luxury properties for wealthy clients.
She was not wearing a wedding ring during her night out with Noel on Thursday, and it’s not clear what the status of the McGivern couple’s relationship is.
Earlier this year Noel confirmed he’d bought a plush pad in Maida Vale after separating from wife Sara, the mother of sons Donovan, 16, and Sonny, 14.
Noel and Sara’s divorce is believed to have just been finalised after 22 years together, 12 of them married. It’s understood they both wanted to move on with their lives.
Earlier this year he was seen out on dates with Danish beauty Dorothea Gundtoft, 35, a Cambridge-educated writer who is fluent in several languages. They were spotted in March leaving another swanky London nightspot, Chiltern Firehouse.
He was also seen out on the town in May with lingerie model Charlotte Carter-Allen, 35, at private members club, Maison Estelle, before going to Chiltern Firehouse once more.
