Chloe Madeley ‘comforted by Richard and Judy as she removes wedding ring’

As Chloe Madeley ditched her wedding ring last week, sources have told OK! that the mother-of-one is leaning on her TV royalty parents, Good Morning Britain presenter Richard and author Judy.

The fitness guru, 36, has been embroiled in a media storm over the last week after her husband James Haskell was spotted conversing with a woman in the early hours outside of celebrity hotspot Chiltern Firehouse.

Following the incident, she then headed out without her wedding ring amid reports she was 'upset' with James, with an insider saying: “Chloe is leaning very heavily on her mum and dad. They’re very, very close and very supportive and they don’t want her to be unhappy.

Chloe is famously close to her parents – with the duo said to be fiercely protective of their only daughter. While she and James became parents in August 2022, welcoming a baby daughter named Bodhi.

"Her mum and dad are really involved in their lives together, especially since they became grandparents to Bodhi. They’re really hands-on," continued the source.

“Richard especially isn’t happy at all with the way James has been conducting himself – he’s going to be having words with him about his behaviour.

They concluded: "As a father, he wants the best for his daughter and he won’t be afraid to make his feelings heard. Judy also lives and breathes for her children and you don’t want to mess with her when it comes to her kids.”

Since James was spotted out, a source has told MailOnline that "The woman in the photos with James is Martine Bridge," before adding that the "hugely successful businesswoman" is "at the top of her game" in the PR industry.

The insider also said that "James and Martine have known each other for years" and mingle in the same social groups. "They follow each other on Instagram, it seems likely they will stay connected, at least on social media," they added.

James also recently confessed to seeing women as "sex objects" due to his all-boys school upbringing. Chatting with Unfiltered on Monday, the dad-of-one shared how attending a boys-only school impacted his view of girls.

"Truthfully, I think what other exposures do you have to women other than as sex objects? You may have female teachers and a strong mother, but otherwise how you're not exposed to in any other way, shape, or form," he said, before admitting that he is committed to reflection and growth.

"Have I had to learn and unwind a lot of things? Yeah, of course. As long as you keep learning. I think that's why I find it so stupid with all these people going back trying to correct history, trying to go history's history for a reason."
