Jennifer Lawrence hits back at plastic surgery claims as her face just grew up
Jennifer Lawrence hosted a Q&A with Kylie Jenner, with the pair speaking about plastic surgery speculation.
The Hollywood actress used the opportunity to insist that her change in appearance was due to her new makeup technique.
She also slammed those who claim she had plastic surgery when really her face has just changed as she grew up in the Hollywood spotlight.
Jennifer explained to Interview Magazine: “I also think it’s incredible what make-up can do because I work with.
“Hung [Vanngo], who overlines the lip, and I call him a plastic surgeon because everybody in the last few months since I’ve been working with him is convinced that I had eye surgery.”

“I’m like, ‘I didn’t have eye surgery. I’m doing make-up’.”
Kylie complimented the Hollywood star before replying: “Oh my god. You know, you’ve been looking amazing. Have you always worked with him?”
Jennifer then quipped: “Well, apparently I’ve had full plastic surgery.”
Kylie backed up the actress as she said: “No, I’ve been seeing the pictures. It doesn’t look like that.”

The Kylie Cosmetics founder then explained her own situation getting lip fillers, due to fans comparing her to photos when she was 12 years old.
Jennifer replied: “I have the same thing. I started at 19, so I get the before and after pictures from when I’m 19 to 30 and I’m like, ‘I grew up. I lost baby weight in my face, and my face changed because I’m aging.’
“Everybody thought I had a nose job, and I’m like, ‘[I’ve had the exact same nose. My cheeks got smaller. Thank you for bringing it up’.”
Kylie and Jennifer then used the interview to bond over motherhood – The Kardashians star has a five-year-old daughter Stormi and a 21-month-old son, Aire Webster, while The Hunger Games actress is mum to a 21-month-old son Cy.
This comes as the Silver Linings Playbook star was left laughing off a wardrobe malfunction last week.
Jennifer welcomed guests to Dior’s Carousel of Dreams celebration in honour of their collaboration with the Manhattan department store for their holiday windows.
The No Hard Feelings actress got more than she bargained for when she took centre stage and her belt buckle split open.
Lawrence immediately covered her mouth, giggling with flushed cheeks.
