Kerry Katona fans were astonished when the former Atomic Kitten songstress detailed her true age.
After sharing a smouldering snap in semi-sheer red lingerie, she followed up with an Instagram video on Wednesday, confiding that she was celebrating her 43rd birthday.
Ulrika Jonsson responded to the upload by begging Kerry, whose band once sold 10 million records worldwide: “Please stop singing!”
She accompanied her comment with a tears of laughter emoji, while the birthday girl jokingly shot back: “I get told that all the time!! Don’t know why!!”
Banter aside, what really had fans enthralled was hearing her true age, as many had convinced themselves she must be much younger.

After Kerry joked: “Never thought I’d have made it!”, some fans flocked to the comments section to tell her they could scarcely believe she was over 40.
“Happy Birthday Kerry. I thought you were much younger!” one of her 819,000 followers told her, while another exclaimed in disbelief: “You still only look 26 lol.”
Meanwhile, her daughter Lilly-Sue McFadden was in hysterics after realising she was confused the other way around and had mistakenly been broadcasting an older age to friends when talking about her famous mum.
“Oh my god stop I’ve been telling people you’re 44!” the 20-year-old aspiring actress chuckled, before adding: “I’m sorry!”

“Why would you do that to me!!!!” Kerry replied, adding laughter emojis.
Another fan spotted the cheeky exchange between mother and daughter and chimed in to reassure her: “No worries you don’t look a day over 30 x.”
It comes after the former I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! has been on a weight loss mission.
After publicly documenting that she’d shed three stone, Kerry explained that she’s now able to get back into the size 12 jeans she once wore – and that she doesn’t intend to stop there.
One of her trainers, @francisdiet, encouraged the star in an Instagram comment: “We aren’t done as we have more to come, right?”
In one previous post, she’d exclaimed that she feels “so much happier mentally and physically” after losing the weight.
“Not far to the finish line… here I come!” she declared, and she’s been sharing sexy bikini and catsuit snaps to flaunt her new look.
Kerry has name-checked the fitness and nutrition company M-Fit for helping her on her dieting journey, which gives subscribed members a choice of over 300 workouts.
