Mollie King is dwarfed by her fiancé Stuart Broad at SPOTY Awards

Mollie King looks glam in an ivory white evening gown as she supports towering fiancé Stuart Broad at the Sports Personality Of The Year Awards

Mollie King was dwarfed by her fiancé Stuart Broad in Salford on Tuesday when the two attended the Sports Personality Of The Year Awards.

The radio presenter, 36, wore a stunning white silk one-shoulder gown with huge ruffles about the top.

She wore no accessories aside from a simple pair of silver dangling earrings and she didn’t carry a bag.

Former cricketer Stuart, 37, wore a black suit to the Awards, for which he is a nominee, despite his retirement from the sport in July.

He looked every bit his six feet and five inches as he wrapped his arm around Mollie and leant into her.

Stuart is one of only a few bowlers to ever take 600 wickets.

The BBC Sports Personality of the Year Awards, held this year at MediaCityUK, aims to recognise and celebrate the sportsperson who has achieved the most that year.

In 2022, the winner was Lionesses’ top scorer Beth Mead, who was part of the Euro-winning team of that year.

Mollie and Stuart’s attendance at the awards comes after the former The Saturdays singer opened up to Arcadia Magazine about their relationship and daughter.

The couple share daughter Anabella, thirteen months, together and Mollie hinted that they may soon tie the knot.

She said: ‘The wedding is definitely something that we’re planning on doing as soon as we can and I just love that [Anabella] will be involved in it.’

Of her daughter, Mollie said: ‘Anabella is my proudest achievement. I just feel like I’ve learned so much from her, she’s just changed my world.

‘I feel like I’ve got a new best friend. So I feel like everything I do is for her and her future. It’s so exciting to look into the future and just see her just being the main part of our life really.
