Strictly’s Amy Dowden leads jubilant stars departing Pride Of Britain 2023

Strictly Come Dancing pros Amy Dowden and Dianne Buswell looked in good spirits as they left the star-studded event.

The celebrities looked nothing short of stunning as they departed the 2023 Pride of Britain Awards.

The event was packed full of Strictly Come Dancing celebrities, as the Movie Week results show had been filmed on Saturday, allowing them enough time to make it to the awards the next day.

Judge Shirley Ballas looked radiant in a long red dress as she spoke to the doorman during her dramatic exit, having just made the difficult decision to eliminate Nikita Kanda and Gorka Marquez from the Strictly competition hours earlier.

Others seen leaving the venue included Karen Hauer, Zara McDermott and Graziano di Prima – and in a blast from the past, 2022 Strictly contestant Kym Marsh was seen swishing out of the venue in an off-the-shoulder purple gown, too.

Coronation Street actress Katie McGlynn and TV doctor Ranj Singh were also among those leaving the venue in high spirits.

Strictly Come Dancing judge Shirley Ballas looked emotional as she chatted on her way out of the venue, after having decided Gorka Marquez and Nikita Kanda would be the second pair to be eliminated from the competition that weekend

Christine McGuinness, who was previously happily married to Top Gear star Paddy McGuinness before announcing they’d split in July 2022, stunned in red at the bash. She gave a model smile as she headed off home

Kym Marsh, the former Coronation Street actress who went on to compete on Strictly back in 2022, chatted happily with other soap stars, including Katie McGlynn, as she left the venue in a purple Bardot style dress
