Taylor Swift ‘falling in love’ with Travis Kelce as family think she’s ‘met match’
Pop sensation Taylor Swift is said to be 'falling in love' with her hunky beau Travis Kelce.
According to new reports, the songstress, 33, feels their romance is getting serious and she's had the nod of approval from her caring family who reportedly think she's 'finally met her match' in the NFL player.
The couple's relationship has sparked worldwide attention and kept them both in the spotlight – especially as the superstar continues to show up at Travis' NFL games.
And the pair have enjoyed very public, romantic date nights, including one after a surprise joint appearance on the popular sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live.
According to Mail Online, a source close to Taylor's BFF Blake Lively has claimed it's obvious to see how infatuated Taylor is with the 34-year-old sportsman, even though she is trying to keep it together.
The insider told the publication: "Taylor is blown away right now and her family is all about Travis. She is trying to keep it together, but is obviously falling in love with him and he feels the same way."
They went on to reveal that Taylor feels like the "luckiest gal in the world" to have found Travis at this time, and appreciates that he "actually courted her."
The source also added that the singer's parents have been "fully supportive" of him being in her life.
They told the publication: "Travis is a gentleman and, although it is maybe too soon to say, everyone really feels like she has finally met her match."
OK! has contacted Taylor and Travis's representatives for comment.
Taylor, who parted ways with her long-time boyfriend Joe Alwyn before briefly rekindling her romance with The 1975's Matty Healy, was first spotted supporting Travis at a Kansas City Chiefs game.
The revelation of their romance began when Travis made an attempt to make a connection with Taylor during one of her concerts.
The athlete had come prepared with a collection of Eras-tour friendship bracelets, including one adorned with his phone number, which he had intended to give to the popstar.
Admitting that he was "a little butt hurt" at not getting some one-on-one time with Taylor, Travis did what any athlete would do—he invited her to witness his prowess on the NFL stage.
He shared: "I threw the ball in her court. I said, 'I've seen you rock the stage in Arrowhead, you might have to come see me rock the stage in Arrowhead, and see which one's a little more lit.' We'll see what happens in the near future."
Since then, the pair have enjoyed public dinner dates together including at New York's Waverly Inn, just days after they were seen cuddling up to one another at the city's Nobu restaurant.
The pair's now confirmed romance has been popular in the headlines and Travis has since spoken about pursuing Taylor and said that it was “hilarious.”
He said: "It’s hilarious how much traction this has actually got. This is like the old school game called telephone, where everybody is just whispering in everybody’s ear. No one actually knows what’s going on."
Taylor has since been snapped attending a number of Travis's games, including one which she watched from a private box with Travis' mum, Donna.
Travis's brother Jason appeared to confirm the relationship rumours, during an appearance on the WIP Morning Show, in which he shared that the rumours are “100% true” but that who his brother dates is "his business."
