McDonald’s Introduces Sweet & Spicy Jam Sauce and Mambo Sauce

Looking to make every bite better, McDonald’s is now gearing up to add to its iconic sauce lineup. Perfect for adding a twist to menu classics like Chicken McNuggets and World Famous Fries, the fast food giant is introducing McDonald’s Sweet & Spicy Jam Sauce and Mambo Sauce.

Serving as the first-ever breakfast-inspired dipping sauce to hit US restaurants, Sweet & Spicy Jam Sauce is a jammy red pepper sauce with a tongue-numbing Szechuan peppercorn kick and extra heat from cayenne pepper, finished with apple cider vinegar. The sweet and spicy condiment goes perfectly with a Sausage McMuffin with Egg, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit, Hash Browns, and McCrispy.

The tomato-based Mambo Sauce is inspired by the regional Washington, D.C. area sauce staple, offering a sweet, spicy, and vinegary mix. Interestingly, the McDonald’s Chefs recommend Mambo Sauce for dialing up the flavor on a Quarter Pounder with Cheese.

McDonald’s will be launching Sweet & Spicy Jam Sauce and Mambo Sauce officially at locations nationwide October 9.
