Metro Boomin Compares New Album To Kanye West's 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy'
Metro Boomin has something big in the works for his next album, teasing that it shares similarities to Kanye West‘s 2010 opus My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.
The artist briefly touched on his upcoming record in response to a fan on X, who asked him if he could produce something like Ye’s album. “[Y]eah my first album after the heroes trilogy is more of that vibe,” Metro answered the fan, adding that the title will be an impressive one too, using seven fire emojis to convey his statement.
A release date for the album is yet to be announced and Metro has not explicitly stated whether the album is a solo effort or one of his collaborative projects with either JID or Future.
