Nike Reveals the Air Max Pulse Roam

One of Nike’s annual sneaker holidays is Air Max Day. A time to celebrate the technology that changed the game, Air Max Day often features the return of classic releases and a new silhouette. For 2023, the OG “Big Bubble” Air Max 1 made a return alongside the debut of the Air Max Pulse.

Now, with the Pulse having taken on a variety of looks, including a forthcoming collaboration with Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford, it has been refreshed with a new iteration of the design — introducing the Air Max Pulse Roam. Its leading “Stone” presentation sees the shoe updated with a lacing system featuring additional hoops at the eyestays, resting just above the new line running across the midfoot of each side in place of its predecessor’s raised mudguard. Tonal Swooshes are visible at each side while a new heel cage has been prepared in a butter yellow. Supporting the sneaker, a large visible Air unit returns at the heel while a special tread pattern has been produced for the rubber outsole in black.
