Strictly's Bobby Brazier and Dianne Buswell rehearse terrifying-looking lift

It looks like things have taken a risky turn for Bobby Brazier and professional partner Dianne Buswell as they attempted a daring lift during Strictly Come Dancing rehearsals.

The EastEnders actor, 20, who plays Freddie Slater on the BBC soap, made his dancefloor debut this weekend with pro partner Dianne.

Scoring a very impressive 29 points from the judges, Bobby and Dianne have already impressed the public, with their dreamy foxtrot leaving dad Jeff Brazier in tears in the audience.

And it looks like it’s back to business as usual as they were recently spotted in perfecting their upcoming routine.

Judging by the snaps, it looks like the duo will be incorporating a bold lift in their performance as Dianne was picture upside down.

The dancer, 34, tried not to react as the model swung her around.

We’re sure it’s going well between the pair as they were also seen laughing and hugging.

This comes after a few people caught Bobby in the background looking a bit baffled on the latest live show.

Fans thought it looked like the actor was a bit confused about the Strictly schedule, as he appeared to ask his partner if they were dancing on Sunday evening.

A grinning Dianne smiled and shook her head and seemed to tell him ‘next week’, as he nodded to show he understood.

‘I love how he has no idea what’s going on,’ laughed one fan as they shared a clip of the moment on X/Twitter, while another person replied: ‘He is just so lovely you can tell he has such a lovely soul.’

And a third fan wrote: ‘He is so cute and funny! Love him! 😍’

Bobby can be excused for not being totally up to speed on the schedule, considering he recently admitted he’s never watched a single episode of the show.

‘My first experience of Strictly is being on Strictly,’ he revealed while speaking on This Morning last week.

Dianne, who has been part of the BBC show since 2017, shared that she actually enjoys that he has no preconceptions.

The 34-year-old dancer gave an insight into how his avoidance has impacted their rehearsals: ‘Every single time I mention a dance he’s like “I’ve never heard of it.” It is quite exciting because he is learning from scratch so has no bad habits’.

Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday at 6.15pm on BBC One.
