Happy Black Friday! Bargain-hunters across the world will be on the hunt for the biggest deals – and there's been queues across the street and fighting in shop aisles in the past.
The annual shopping event, which takes place on November 24 this year, falls after Thanksgiving in the US. It is regarded as the beginning shopping event of the year due to all the discounts available.

Epic PS5 deals
Gamers can enjoy a ton of cut-price deals in the Black Friday sales.
On PlayStation, a host of PS5 games have been slashed in price like the new Fifa game FC24, now just £35 and the latest Assassin’s Creed title Mirage at £36.
Street Fighter 6 is coming in at £30.79 on the PS website alongside £39 for Harry Potter game Hogwarts Legacy. When it comes to consoles, the PS5 itself with controller is £390 or you can get a bundle pack with the new Spider-Man 2 game at £410.
On Xbox, the flagship Series X console has dropped to its lowest ever price of £359. When it comes to the lower tech Xbox Series S, the best deal is the Starter Bundle at £189 which comes with three months of the Game Pass subscription too.

Black Friday hack gets you free £60 to spend in pub
'Tis the season to eat, drink and be merry.
So ahead of the festive period, you'll be pleased to know Greene King is giving out gift cards worth £60 for Black Friday.
The pub giant is offering punters £10 free for every £40 spent via online gift cards, up to a maximum spend of £240. This allows them to get £60 back.
To redeem the deal, you must do so online between November 20 and November 27. Then, you can use the gift cards in more than 1,600 pubs across the UK.
