Gentle giants! Enormous dogs tower over their owners in hilarious snaps

They come in all shapes and sizes, but this hilarious collection of images reveals enormous dogs who tower over their owners. 

Compiled by US-based website WackoJaco, many of the surprising images show the canines exceeding the size of their owners by a long shot.

The oversized dogs look huge compared to their human friends or sprawl comfortably across them.

In one picture, the owner is barely visible as they sit underneath their not-so-little pet pooch.

This furry friend might be mistaken as a wolf given its immense size. Its owner is only just half its size while sat down 

Meanwhile another large dog overshadows its owner and an adorable tiny puppy that looks up to it.

In another photograph, another enormous pooch was spotted riding the London underground with his owner.
