'Why did no one tell me' cry shoppers realising you can still buy Paperchase products despite all 134 branches closing | The Sun

SHOPPERS are just realising they can still get their favourite Paperchase products despite the stores closing.

The stationary retailer fell into administration in February after failing to find a buyer.

The branches of Paperchase disappeared from the high street for good in April and fans of the retailer were left devastated.

Over the years the brand developed a cult following for its brightly coloured notebooks, gift wrap and other quirky stationary items.

Now fans are realising that they can still get hold of their favourite items, and even better, they can do so while doing the weekly shop.

Supermarket giant Tesco bought the rights to the brand and has now relaunched it in selected stores and online.

Paperchase is not the only retailer to be given a new lease of life after falling into administration.

Much-loved retailer Wilko disappeared from our high streets earlier in the year but its website is now back up and running.

The Range snapped up the Wilko brand, including the name and website, in a £5million deal.

The website was relaunched in October when the last of the Wiko stores closed down.
