Jessie J breaks toe after falling off stage at worst performance of the year

Jessie J has revealed she might have broken her toe after falling down the stairs at a gig.

The Think About That singer performed a private show at the weekend and told fans on Instagram that while it was the “best gig ever” while she was on stage, there was one mishap that was among her “worst” gig moments. And it left her nursing a bad toe and an injured wrist.

Sharing a snap of her and her baby boy Sky, Jessie wrote: “Just got off stage from my last gig of the year. It was a private gig.

“Some moments of it were the best gig ever (on stage) and some were truly the worst (off stage) not including falling down the stairs coming off the stage. Meh. Defo sprained my wrist and maybe broken a toe? Killing it.”

The singer said that she wouldn’t mind a peek at her tumble if anybody had captured it. “If you filmed it tag me,” she said. “Need a laugh after tonight.”

“Going home to this dude is the best part of the night by far,” added the proud mum as she snuggled up to her son. Jessie and basketball player beau Chanan Colman welcomed Sky in May this year, around 18 months after she sadly suffered a miscarriage.

Writing on Instagram after her baby boy was born, she told her fans that when she had Sky her “whole life changed". “My son entered this world and my heart grew twice the size,” said the star. “The feeling is indescribable. I am flying in love."

"He is magic," added Price Tag singer Jessie, 35. "He is all my dreams come true.”

The star regularly gives her social media followers little updates by sharing cute snaps of Sky as she soaks up motherhood. "I feel like the luckiest girl in the world everyday," she said recently on Instagram.
