Celebs Go Dating’s Dr Tara’s orgasm smoothie recipe

This season of Celebs Go Dating welcomed a brand new expert on the scene, Dr. Tara Suwinyattichaiporn, who is a sex and relationships guru.

While she joined the show to help guide celebrities such as Lottie Moss, Vanessa Feltz and Adam Collard on their dating journeys, she was also there to encourage them to be 'sex positive'.

And chatting with OK! this week, Tara revealed her secrets to staying busy in the bedroom – including sex meditation and her trusted 'orgasm smoothie'.

She tells us, "When I joined the show, producers wanted to know more about my daily routine and what life looks like for me. So I told them, I usually drink an orgasm smoothie during the day, and they were really interested in what that was".

Tara, who has just completed her first series of the E4 reality show, created her 'orgasm smoothie' to boost sexual wellbeing, whizzing just six ingredients together in a blender for the perfect mix.

So, what do you need? Tara explains, "You just take some spinach, strawberries, collagen, maca powder, ashwagandha and either oat or almond milk, then blend it together. All of these natural ingredients have scientific fruit which contribute to sexual well-being."

Another practice that the sexpert recommends is Sexual Meditation, which is said to boost sex drive and confidence in the bedroom.

"I’m a huge fan of sexual meditation, which is like normal meditation but you focus on sexual thoughts, feelings and sensations in your body," says Tara.

"For example, you might imagine yourself with a sexual partner or being confident sexually while meditating. Sexual mindfulness and meditation can relieve sexual anxiety and revive sex drive and desires. I want the whole world to know more rather than trying to create a ‘pink Viagra’ when this could fix things. Some people love it, while some don’t believe in it, but it’s worth a try."

Tara boasts 2 million followers on TikTok and is known for getting straight to the point when it comes to things underneath the sheets. But she hasn't always been so open about sex.

She admits, "People see me now and think I’ve always been like this but I haven’t. When I was younger, I was quite shy and anxious, I almost never talked about sex.

"I had a huge sexual reawakening in my late 20s because I felt like I’d never had real sexual pleasure.

"I had never had a vaginal orgasm. Within that sexual discovery and reawakening, I went through a lot of experimenting and different practices myself.

She added, "So I became more and more comfortable talking about it. I always tell people that even if you’re anxious now, you can always get better, because I was too. I’ll continue to talk about sex and educate people until I die!"
