Coleen Nolan mocks Ruth Langsford in cheeky Eamonn Holmes ‘split’ jibe
Loose Women: Coleen and Ruth joke about Eamonn
Coleen Nolan took a cheeky swipe at her Loose Women co-host Ruth Langsford as the panel discussed perfect marriages.
“I’d be devastated if you and Eamonn split up,” she earnestly told Ruth.
However, Ruth couldn’t resist making a joke of it saying: “Well I thought you wanted him.
“I thought you’d be the first in,” she said to raucous laughter from the other panellists and the audience.
Not to be outdone, Coleen came back with a quip of her own.
“I don’t think marriage is stopping us,” she said coyly as she cheekily fanned herself with her cue card leaving everyone speechless.

Ruth and Eamonn have been together for 25 years but married for 13 and have a son, Jack together.
Ruth previously opened up about their wedding admitting that the GB News host asked for her hand in marriage over a text message after she had a “flirty” exchange at the races.
“We were a long time not married, just because it didn’t really interest me that much,” she said. “But then when Eamonn did propose, which was a complete surprise to me, and I said yes, then it was [a big deal].
“I found it very difficult to explain why,” she admitted in the Be Honest with Jojo and Bruce podcast. “So I don’t know what it was that felt different saying that we were married.
“Whether it was because we had Jack and it was that final piece of the jigsaw, I don’t really know because I’m not against people who aren’t married and I wasn’t massively like, ‘We must get married’.

Eamonn often proves more discreet than ruth about their relationship and back in July he shut down his GB News Breakfast co-presenter Isabel Webster when she gently probed about his relationship.
The pair were discussing new guidelines issued by the Metropolitan Police which going to require anybody working for them to declare upfront what their romantic status is.
Eamonn asked his co-star: “Would you like GB News to know about your intimacies?”
“I’m quite boring in that department,” Isabel replied before turning the tables and asking: “Would you like your love life exposed?”
Eamonn was quick to shut Isabel down, telling her: “That’s none of your business.”
Loose Women airs weekdays from 12.30pm on ITV.
