Emmerdale fans call out glaring problem with Lucy's pregnancy as she clashes with Rhona in explosive scenes | The Sun
EMMERDALE fans have called out a glaring problem with Lucy's pregnancy as she clashes with Rhona in explosive scenes.
Last week during Marlon Dingle's flashback scenes, he visited the hospital and was discharged following his stroke last year.
As he came out of his appointment, he bumped into wife Rhona's ex Gus and his current wife Lucy.
Lucy revealed a significant baby bump, and Marlon immediately questioned if his wife had donated her frozen embryos to her ex after all.
But it soon transpired she hadn't, and instead, Gus had stolen her passport to fake her consent and secure one of the embryos, leading to the pregnancy.
Marlon has struggled to tell Rhona the news, but in upcoming scenes, he finally drops the bombshell on what he knows, turning her world upside down.

Rhona decides to confront Gus about the fact a baby – biologically hers – will soon be born without her consent, leading to an explosive showdown between the exes and a pregnant Lucy.
However, Emmerdale fans who have been reading the soap spoilers have pointed out a major flaw in the storyline.
Taking to X – formerly Twitter – one wrote: "I’m no mathematician or anything but it doesn’t take Albert Einstein to work out that Gus stole the passport at the start of May and it is the middle of November when she gives birth that’s MAYBE 6 1/2 months, that math doesn’t seem to be mathing."
Another added: "STFU! “Heavily pregnant” Lucy goes into labour?! The man only stole Rhona’s passport in May. Is her womb a ninja turned up on full heat?

"She can only be 5 months- 6 months max. The bump wouldn’t be that big and the baby should be premature!"
A show source previously told The Sun on Sunday of the storyline: "It’s an absolutely outlandish storyline and viewers will be stunned and gripped.
“It’s never been done before on a soap, and it’s pretty controversial.
"It’s quite brave of scriptwriters to go there. There are concerns it could upset people going through their own fertility journey.”
Emmerdale airs on ITV1 and is available on ITVX.
