HELEN Flanagan wowed in a plunging strappy dress as she showed off the results of her secret boob job.
The ex Coronation Street actress, 33, donned a skin-fit chocolate-colour gown which clung to her figure as she posed on Instagram.
Helen flashed a smile as she modelled the maxi dress with buttons down the front and corset detailing, which she tagged from high street retailer House of CB.
The glam mum-of-three told how the brand "never fails" when it comes to her sexy attire.
Helen styled her blonde hair into loose waves and accessorised with her diamond wedding ring as she dressed up to present TV show Steph's Packed Lunch.
The ITV favourite is proud parent to Matilda, aged seven, Delilah, aged five, and Charlie, aged two – who she shares with former fiance Scott Sinclair, 34.

Previously, she flaunted her eye-popping figure in brown lingerie as she sprawled on her bed.
Helen recently defended her saucy snaps in an exclusive chat with The Sun.
The actress, who is known to millions for playing Rosie Webster in Corrie, is regularly targeted by mum-shamers when she models eye-popping lingerie sets as she focuses on her modelling away the cobbles.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun at the Pride of Britain Awards in London, she said: "It’s because I like to dress sexy, it’s silly.
"I’m very much for women empowerment. I like women to feel confident, and I think women should celebrate ourselves."
Helen has proudly displayed the results of her breast augmentation after she went under the knife after last year – and says her new boobs were part of her makeover journey.
She added: "Do you know what I really needed it. I breastfed for three years.
"My whole twenties I really did spend it kind of at home really. I never went out and spent all my twenties being pregnant and breastfeeding.
"From 24 to 30 that's what I did so now I do want to have fun."

Helen also showed off the results of her boob job in a stunning orange ruffle dress.
Speaking to her fans on Instagram, she said: "It's just something that I did for myself, I really wanted to do it for my confidence."
