I was on MAFSUK and can see tell-tale signs about which couples are doomed

One Married At First Sight UK star has revealed there are tell-tale signs which show which couples will succeed and which are doomed to fail.

The E4 reality show has been back on screens for two weeks, introducing a handful of new couples to viewers – and already cracks are beginning to show. And according to Amy Christophers, who was on the show in 2021, it's easy to see who will fail.

So far, Ella Morgan and Nathanial Valentino have had a blazing row, while Terence Edwards and Porsha Pernnelle have clashed over their lifestyles. Meanwhile, Brad Skelly and Shona Manderson seem obsessed with each other, while Paul Liba and Tasha Jay are also getting on very well.

But as the experiment continues, there is one sign, says Amy, to look out for to find out whose really going strong on their relationships. And it's all to do with the infamous dinner parties.

Amy said in her Sun column: "That's when the s*** hits the fan, because you meet the other couples, and you end up looking at and comparing yourself to them." This week saw the first dinner party of the 2023 series, with couples already comparing themselves.

Brunette beauty Amy went on: "It happened in my series with Megan Wolfe – she wasn't happy and then was asking others if they were, and trying to see if there were any husbands that might be interested in her. She ended up kissing Jordon Mundell behind husband Bob Voysey's back!"

However Amy reckons there's a huge secret spoiler about the future of the couples well before the dinner party ever happens. And it turns out, if true, there's no surprise Ella and Nathanial aren't getting on.

According to Amy, honeymoon destination Mexico is "cursed", as "the couples that producers suspect are going to fight on their honeymoon always get sent to Mexico". She and her MAFS husband Joshua Christie rowed when they went to Mexico.

In the same series, Ant Poole and Nikita Jasmine clashed in Mexico, and in last year's series Adrian Sanderson and Thomas Hartley famously butted heads. Funnily enough, in this year's show, Arthur Premba and Laura Vaughan also went to Mexico, and it actually fixed some major issues in their relationship.

Viewers will have to wait to see what happens with the couples, but there have already been a number of rumours swirling. And to add even more excitement, a new batch of brides and grooms will soon be entering the experiment.

Married At First Sight UK airs Mondays to Thursdays at 9pm on E4
