TV and movie producer Kevin Turen has died suddenly at the age of 44.
Turen, who was an executive producer on HBO's hit show Euphoria on all 18 of its episodes, passed away over the weekend.
It comes just months after Euphoria star Angus Cloud died at the age of 25.
Turen's father, Edward, confirmed his son's death and told Deadline: "Kevin was so incredibly special, this world is going to be less without him."
Jay Penske, a close personal friend of Turen, described him as one of Hollywood's "brightest rising stars".
"Despite his many achievements in Hollywood, Kevin’s greatest passion was his family and friends," he said.

"He and his wife, Evelina, were resolved that their children grow up with great values and ensured they make a difference in the broader world.

His cause of death has not been released.
As well as Euphoria, Turen produced Ti West's critically acclaimed slasher films X and Pearl and Pieces of a Woman – which won Vanessa Kirby an Academy Award nomination for best actress.
He was also an executive producer on The Idol, the show starring Abel Tesfaye – otherwise known as The Weeknd – and Lily-Rose Depp.
Born in New York City in 1979, he studied at Columbia University, graduating with a degree in English and Critical Film Studies.
Turen made his producing debut on the indie film Wassup Rockers from director Larry Clark in 2005.
He produced several feature films including Operation Endgame -written by Euphoria creator Sam Levinson.
Turen's other credits include Arbitrage starring Richard Gere, All Is Lost starring Robert Redford, and two more Levinson movies -Assassination Nation and Malcolm & Marie.
He most recently worked on the Nicolas Cage and Pedro Pascal film The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, along with HBO's Euphoria and The Idol.
Euphoria actor Angus Cloud – who played Fez in the hit show – died in July at his family's home in Oakland, California.
His cause of death was confirmed as an accidental overdose.
The Netflix star had buried his father one week before and "struggled intensely" with the loss of his "best friend".
The actor's family said at the time: "It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human today.
"As an artist, a friend, a brother and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways."
Following the TV star's death, a mural was painted in Oakland in his honour, and a candlelight vigil was held.

Angus completed production for a project outside Euphoria before his tragic death.
The late actor played a role in an upcoming monster thriller movie from directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, according to reports.
