Loose Women star Linda Robson appears to confirm split from husband live on air

Loose Women panelist appeared to announce she has split from her husband after 33 years of marriage in a shocking admission during Wednesday's (September 6) instalment of the ITV show.

Rumours of the former Birds of a Feather actress' marriage to Mark Dunford being in "crisis" have been circulating for months, and now her latest comments seem to confirm the pair have gone their separate ways.

Speaking to her co-stars Brenda Edwards, Jane Moore and Denise Welch, the 65-year old let rip in an extraordinary outburst.

And pressed by Jane about the romance in her life, Linda, who married Mark in 1990, said she is "not looking for anyone" and "can't be f*****".

She explained: "I’ve had two loves of my life and now my grandchildren are the love of my life and my children. So no I’m not looking for anyone."

It prompted Brenda to ponder: "You’re not looking, you’re not actively looking?"

"No, I can’t be f***** anymore," said Linda abruptly – forcing Jane to apologise for the expletive live on air.

Reiterating her stance, Linda continued, ranting: "So my grandchildren are the loves of my life. I had them for 24 hours and I was knackered by the time they went home. So no I’m happy with my grandchildren and my children."

It comes after Linda revealed she was going through a "rough patch" with Mark in June, admitting she has been celibate for two years and would rather go on holiday alone than with her spouse.

At the time she said things were "alright" and that "every relationship goes through its ups and downs" when quizzed by The Sun.

"I love going on holiday on my own, especially because of the kids," she said. "If I've got three or four days off work, I'll just go to Majorca. I'll get a flight out there. I just love sitting on the sun bed, round the pool, on the beach, reading a book. I would like to take a cruise round the world on my own."

Linda also took a swipe at Mark last month on Loose Women, as the ladies discussed the concept of "master dating".

"I’m an expert at master dating," she revealed. "I do it all the time on my own. I go away and on Saturday I went to a hotel just for the night just to get out of the house, because when I’m indoors I can’t stop cleaning and tidying."

She laughed: "The kids have left home now so it’s only me and the dog. And the husband. Do you see what order I put that in?"
