MAFS bride Erica breaks silence after husband Jordan is ‘punched’ by Luke
Married At First Sight bride Erica Roberts has cryptically addressed Luke Worley's axing from the show, after he punched her husband Jordan Gayle.
Luke is said to have been removed from the show after a rather heated row led to him punching Jordan, in some dramatic scenes which are yet to be aired.
Now Erica appears to have broken her silence over her husband's row, as she shared some photos of herself while out for some drinks.
Alongside the snaps, she penned a rather cryptic caption, which read: "Nothings ever that serious [cloud emoji]", which some have thought may hint at the upcoming drama on the popular E4 show.
Jordan and Luke have both since addressed the reports after news of Luke's axing was leaked, with both men hitting out at the mysterious leaker.
In a video shared to his Instagram Story, Luke shared that he was "fuming" over the leaks, arguing that it was unfair to viewers of the show that so much information has been released ahead of airing.
He also slammed show producers, who he argued should also "take accountability" for some of the events that took place on the show.
Meanwhile, Jordan agreed with Luke that whoever has been leaking stories should quit doing so, quipping that it is the only thing he and Luke see eye-to-eye on.
Ahead of the dramatic scenes, which will reportedly air in the next few weeks, a show insider told MailOnline: "Luke and Jordan struggled to get along from the moment they met, but no one was expecting them to clash like they eventually did.
"The cast attend a couples' retreat and during dinner things got particularly heated between them and later they come to blows inside Jordan's apartment.
"Channel 4 bosses had no choice but eject Luke from the programme, which consequently ended his wife Jay's time in the process… as per the show's rules you enter as a couple and leave as a couple."
A Channel 4 spokesperson told OK!: “The wellbeing of cast and crew is our utmost priority at all times throughout production and beyond. During filming, an altercation occurred between two cast members which was defused immediately by crew. All contributors involved were offered appropriate support.”
Luke is the second person to be axed from this year' series of MAFS, following the exit of Brad Skelly who was asked to leave the E4 show following his "controlling and coercive" behaviour.
Producers at the programme became concerned by Brad's actions towards his wife, Shona Manderson, after some tense scenes.
Brad has since hit out at the show's producers for "portraying him as a villain" and dubbed the show "suffocating."
