Naga Munchetty lands major new TV role away from BBC Breakfast sofa
Naga Munchetty apologises over sound issues in report
BBC fans will see Naga Munchetty in a new light as the 48-year-old has landed another major TV role.
The presenter, who has been a regular fixture on BBC Breakfast for over a decade, will soon be fronting a popular evening show.
In December, Naga will be hosting an episode of Have I Got News For You! Alongside Richard Osman and Maisie Adam.
This will be the 48-year-old’s third time on the show, having hosted it once before earlier this year.
In June, Naga was on the programme alongside panellists Baroness Ruth Davidson and comedian Hugh Dennis.

During her upcoming stint, Naga will be speaking about the top stories of the week, along with taking cheeky jibes where possible at the panellists.
The game show has been hosted by a range of well-known celebrities since Angus Deayton’s departure back in 2002.
Viewers have seen the likes of Martin Clunes, Steph McGovern and David Tennant front the show.
However, fans were impressed with Naga’s presenting skills in the summer and have called for her to become a permanent fixture.
