Another penned: “Omg that was the worst I’ve seen in a dance-off, bless Jody.”
However, many were quick to defend the celebrities, with one saying: “I feel so bad for Jody, that’s not the way anyone wants to do a dance off #Strictly.”
Another chimed in: “Oh poor Jody! Nerves got to him in the dance-off!”
During last night’s performances, Layton Williams and Nikita Kuzmin topped the leaderboard with 37 points.
The pair dazzled the judges with their Cha Cha Cha to Whitney Houston’s track, Million Dollar Bill.

Judge Motsi Mabuse loved the routine so much that she awarded the pair a 10.
Claudia Winkleman said that the duo had made history as it was the first 10 for a Cha Cha Cha in Week Four.
Meanwhile, head judge Shirley Ballas was blasted by viewers for being too “brutal” when giving feedback to Eddie who bagged a 10 the previous week.
The comedian, who is partnered with professional dancer Karen Hauer, performed a dance routine to Tom Jones’ tune Sex Bomb
Shirley brutally called his routine a “dance disaster”, much to the dismay of the audience.
Strictly Come Dancing returns to BBC One next Saturday at 6.30pm.
