Strictly rivalry as Adam Thomas shares his biggest competition
Adam Thomas can’t remember one of interviews on This Morning
Adam Thomas has revealed his biggest competition in the upcoming series of Strictly Come Dancing is Zara McDermott.
The 35-year-old is preparing to make his debut on the BBC dance show but it seems his co-star Zara is sticking out as one to watch.
When asked who he feels the biggest competition is, he replied: “Everyone. I feel like the standard is so high this year!
“My competition I think is Zara. I think we are both on the same level so far anyways, so the only one I am going to try and beat is Zara.”
With the actor and former Love Island star seemingly starting off at the same level, viewers in the coming weeks could be keeping their eyes peeled on their individual dancefloor moves to compare the two.

She has since gone on to star in other programmes such as Made in Chelsea and The X Factor: Celebrity.
Since leaving Made in Chelsea, Zara has focused on making documentaries for BBC Three.
Her current boyfriend, Sam Thompson, is also a former Made in Chelsea star.

Meanwhile, Adam was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis after suffering from symptoms at the start of the year.
Following a series of examinations, it was later revealed he has rheumatoid arthritis which causes pain, swelling, and stiffness in his joints.
Speaking exclusively to Express.co.uk and other publications, Adam detailed how his condition is affecting rehearsals.
When asked if there were any injuries so far during the experience, he said: “So far so good, It’s been tough but I’m on the road to recovery.”
He continued: “A couple of weeks ago, I couldn’t really walk, I couldn’t really do much.
“So to get to this point where I’m at now, I’m just so happy. I just want to get on that dance floor, start dancing and boogying.
“I’m just happy to be here and to be able to do it. I don’t really care about how far I get, I’m just happy to be here.”
