Meryl Streep appeared in Los Angeles on Wednesday with a slew of A-listers to celebrity Joni Mitchell’s 80th birthday party, joining the likes of Goldie Hawn, Cyndi Lauper and Anjelica Huston.
While the focus of the lavish bash was the birthday girl, onlookers were distracted by the 74-year-old’s appearance at the Smoke House Restaurant in Burbank.
Meryl appeared to still be wearing her wedding ring despite revealing that she had been separated from Don Gummer for years.
The Devil Wears Prada star made a stylish display, donning a black button-down blouse with sophisticated grey trousers and cute black heels.
She left her iconic blonde and white hair loose but styled to stay out of her face in the winter breeze and a pair of sapphire earrings peaking out from underneath her tresses.
At the star-studded birthday bash, Meryl was also joined by her and Don’s oldest child, Henry Wolfe.
The singer opted for a more casual look with a plain white t-shirt, black blazer, matching dress trousers and white sneakers.
Meryl opted for a few more accessories, adding a blue clutch purse, standout black cat-eye framed glasses and her wedding band glinting in the streetlight as she walked into the restaurant.
Barely two weeks ago, a representative for the Mamma Mia! star dropped a major bombshell, much like Jada Pinkett Smith, revealing to People that while Meryl and Don Gummer had been playing the role of happy couple in the public eye, they have been separated for six years.

The Hollywood couple first tied the knot in 1978 and welcomed four children together during their four decades of marriage, but have reportedly chosen not to divorce despite being separated for so long.
The representative claimed: “While they will always care for each other, they have chosen lives apart.”
According to these claims, the couple initially split in 2017 but the pair made a loved-up display at the 2018 Oscar ceremony.
The Only Murders in the Building actress has been seen wearing her ring at almost every public outing in the six years they have been separated.
