Selena Gomez nearly spills out of very busty corset dress at VMAs afterparty

Selena Gomez, 31, wowed in a low-cut red dress for the VMAs and she kept the theme going for the afterparty.

The Only Murders in the Building star put on another busty display in a purple satin corset mini dress, teamed with a black pointed heel.

Her signature dark tresses were styled poker straight and she accessorised with dainty gold jewelry and a tasseled silver clutch bag.

All appeared to be well, however, Selena was left covering her modesty as she exited The Ned NoMad MTV VMAs afterparty in New York City.

As she left the event, she sported an oversized leather jacket but was left using her hand to cover her assets through the busy crowds.

Selena shared her breathtaking outfit on Instagram in a mirror selfie, as well as showing off her show-stopping VMAs pink carpet number.

The Lose You To Love Me hitmaker left jaws on the floor as she arrived in a plunging red Oscar de la Renta gown with a floral pattern, a fringe, and a nude underlayer.

Selena was nominated for three awards at the event, including Song of the Year, Best Collaboration, and Best Afrobeats for her song Calm Down with Rema, and ended up winning in the Best Afrobeats Video category.

She also shared a number of cute moments with her BFF and fellow singer Taylor Swift who also attended the same after party.

The Bad Blood hitmaker dominated the award ceremony as she won in nine of the 11 categories she was nominated.

While Selena accepted her award, Taylor excitedly cheered her on and was pictured standing in the front row and encouraging those around her to also cheer and stand up for her pal.

Meanwhile, during Taylor’s first acceptance speech of the night, Selena was pictured standing up for her friend in a sign of respect, while others remained seated.

For the afterparty, the Shake It Off singer put on a rather leggy display in a blue denim corset dress, boosting her height with silver heels.

The duo first became friends in 2008, while they were both dating the Jonas Brothers: Taylor dated Joe, while Selena was with Nick.

In other Selena news, the singer has been left defending her viral VMA reactions, including her reaction to Chris Brown’s name being read aloud at the ceremony.

Hitting out at the memes circulation, Selena wrote on Instagram: “I will never be a meme again.

“I’d rather sit still than be dragged for being myself. Much love.”

Selena was also filmed looking worried and confused during a performance from Olivia Rodrigo, whose set included planned malfunctions and a fake explosion.
