BBC Breakfast's Ben Thompson ditched his suit and set fans' pulses racing with some 'super sexy' gym pictures.

The 42-year-old regularly stands in for Jon Kay and Charlie Stayt on the BBC show.



Fans are always delighted to see Ben on the BBC Breakfast sofa, and are used to seeing him suited and booted.

But in his latest Instagram snaps, Ben showed off his ripped physique as he headed to a spin class at the gym.

Ben posed in black cycling shorts and a top, revealing his biceps and toned legs.

The journalist beamed for the camera outside the spin studio, while a second snap saw him covered in sweat alongside BBC colleague Lizzie Simmons.
