Fans of ITV's Big Brother were left shocked after make-up artist Farida entered the house during ITV's launch show on Sunday (October 8) presented by AJ Odudu and Will Best.
The latest housemate has already caused a frenzy among fans after they discovered that she is no stranger to showbiz. Before this season of the show bosses at ITV insisted that they banned influencers from the show and would instead look for normal people.

However, it seems that Fardia has appeared on TV and fans have taken to social media after they recognised her from a show called Blankety Blank. Fans took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to point this out.
One viewer said: "Farida was on Blankety Blank last week #BBUK." While another penned: "Is that Farida the same make-up artist who was on Blankety Blank the other week?#BBUK."
A third fan commented: "Farida does Make-Up on Tik Tok…..She was also on Blankety Blank Not Long Ago…#BBUK." While a fourth said: "Wasn’t Farida just on Blankety Blank like 2 weeks ago???? #BBUK"
ITV launched a brand new series of Big Brother on Sunday (October 8) after a five-year hiatus. ) Big Brother puts strangers in a house together, cuts them off from the outside world and monitors their every move as they attempt to make alliances to out-manoeuvre other houseguests to avoid getting voted out and win the grand prize that could be up to £150,000.
The iconic reality show first launched in 2000 on Channel Four with Davina McCall as host and has now been taken over by ITV. All of the 16 housemates entered the brand new house for the launch earlier in the evening and fans have already began to choose their favourites.

The new house is custom-built and is described as a "spacious abode" by showrunners, featuring a garden and "luxurious lounging area". The new house also boasts a "plush" bedroom featuring a number of single and double beds as well as a "large pampering station" for housemates to "digest the latest antics" while they "primp and preen themselves".
