EastEnders set for return as Cindy Beale meets former resident of Walford | The Sun

CINDY Beale has been trying to get into business since she came back to Walford earlier this year.

Next week, another EastEnders legend is rumoured to be gearing up for their own return. But who could it be?

Walford residents were convinced Cindy Beale (played by Michelle Collins) had died behind bars while giving birth to her youngest child, Cindy Jr.

Earlier this year, however, it was revealed Cindy was actually alive and well, living in France with her husband Ian (Adam Woodyatt) and their son Peter (Thomas Law).

The family recently made an explosive return to the Square with Ian adamant on working on his empire.

Meanwhile, Cindy has been trying to reconnect with her long-lost daughters Anna and Gina.

Coming up, Cindy's former husband George Knight (Colin Salmon) has managed to sell off his bar in Marbella, Spain.

Next week, George and his daughters Anna (Molly Rainford) and Gina (Francesca Henry) take a trip down memory lane when items from the bar get delivered to The Vic.

Cindy attempts to join, but emotions get the better of her and she is touched when George invites her back once she’s ready.

Unfortunately, she soon shows her true colours by tearing into George's fiancée Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) outside The Vic in front of a horrified George and Anna who dismiss her once again.
