EastEnders viewers baffled by voiceover blunder during explosive Karen Taylor showdown | The Sun
FANS of EastEnders have been left baffled by a huge audio blunder during Karen Taylor's explosive showdown in the Queen Vic.
Viewers of the BBC soap opera were left heralding the show for its fiery scenes between Walford matriarch's Karen Taylor and Sharon Watts.
The two women came to blows when the truth about Karen's role in the disappearance of baby Albie was finally uncovered by Phil Mitchell.
Having used step-son Tommy to discover that Karen was hiding the £50,000 of Phil's money – it was proof that she had played a hand in Albie going missing.
The revelations exploded in front of all the Albert Square residents in the pub with even Karen's daughter, Bernadette, being left gobsmacked at what her mother had done.
Sharon branded her son's grandmother a "bitch" during the shock row before she violently slapped her across the face during the high-stakes argument.

EastEnders fans spot two huge clues proving who will die at Christmas
Soon after, against a close-up show of Karen crying and Keanu seemingly looking on in disbelief, a number of Walford women could be heard slating Karen and her decision into the gutter.
However, none of the women could be seen speaking their lines on-screen and it soon became apparent that the voiceover's were dubbed in during the editing process of the episode.
The voices sounded extremely clear with Elaine Peacock's particularly sounding as though her lines had been spoken directly into a microphone.
Whilst Kat and Linda's lines were left difficult to tell if they were actually spoken in real-time, Kathy's dialogue also appeared to be placed in during the slightly disjointed scene.

It kicked off with the pub landlady saying in the dubbed voiceover: "Look at her! Guilt splashed all over her face!"
Kat then added: "Of all the low lifes," before Linda chimed in to say: "Sharon was going out of her mind!"
Kathy then said: "You are a mother Karen, you knew what Sharon was going through."
The clumsy edit then continued with Elaine speaking once again to say: "Filth, that's what you are, filth!"
It sparked much reaction on X – formerly Twitter – with some commenting on the awkward edit as well as praising the scriptwriters for giving Elaine an 'iconic' line, despite the slightly messy production.
One fan said: "Obsessed with voiceover Elaine calling Karen filth # EastEnders."
Another penned: "One negative from tonight's #EastEnders – Elaine's voiceover in the pub. It sounded like a voiceover."
A third then wrote: "That voiceover! A mistake there."
