Goosebumps stars on ‘crazy’ finale that saw co-star hanging on side of mountain

Blending both horror and comedy, Goosebumps is inspired by the best-selling RL Stine book series.

The series is also a remake of the 90s franchise of the same name and follows a group of five teenagers who embark on a twisted investigation to uncover the truth behind the tragic passing of a teen named Harold Biddle three decades earlier.

Three of the show’s stars including Zach Morris, Will Price, and Miles McKenna took time to speak to the Express.co.uk about the outstanding show.

Express.co.uk asked the cast if there were any funny moments from behind the scenes, with Will sharing the cold conditions for Episode 8.

He said: “In Episode 8, and it was maybe the coldest I’ve ever been in my life. It was snowing.

“You know, whenever you’re filming anything, there’s a lot of different pieces that have to start to get cut together.

“I just remember the last shot that we were doing that day was the coverage of the dummy of Slappy, and I was so cold I was almost dissociating.

“It was just nuts to be acting while you’re freezing, while this puppet is yelling at you.”

Miles quipped that the set was very different from the one they auditioned in.

They continued: “You kinda go back to the auditioning stages, and I was in sunny California, and all the scenes were in high school.

“It then cuts to us in the snow and Zack is hanging on a mountain with one arm.”

Goosebumps is available to stream on Disney Plus.
