CHARLOTTE Church is hoping to bank a £1million profit from the sale of her stunning Welsh mansion.
The opera singer turned pop star, 37, has listed her family home, The Spinney, which she bought following her split with rugby player Gavin Henson, 41.
Charlotte bought the white-walled pad set in extensive countryside in Dinas Powys, near Cardiff, for £1.3million.
The Crazy Chick songstress, who is a mum-of-three, has now put the stunning home with a series of outbuildings on the market for £2.3million – with the hope of banking a bumper profit.
Inside, the new owner will be able to enjoy a lavish wood-walled piano room as well as the cosy cream settings of the lounge.
Egg blue walls adorn the dining room while the kitchen is fresh and neural in colours with ample space for entertaining.
