JASMINE Harman has announced that she will be relocating after 20 years on A Place in the Sun.

After two decades of helping folks find their perfect home abroad on Channel 4, the property host has revealed that she and her family have decided to move to Spain.


Jasmine, 48, announced on Instagram that she and her husband and children have made the "overwhelming" decision to start a new lifein Estepona.

She penned to her 456k followers: "Life has many ups and downs.

"Sometimes the hardest things to do, bring the greatest rewards.

"Moving country has been stressful and intense and at times, overwhelming. But now we’re here and we plan to make the most of it!"

Some fans were ecstatic to hear the news, while others were heartbroken that she was leaving the UK.

Taking to the comments section, one fan wrote: So sad to see you go Jasmine but best of luck in Spain xx."

Another commented: "We will miss you!!"

A third added: "I hope you all settle in well."

The A Place in the Sun host opened up about the move in a recent article – saying that "it has been a huge decision".

She told Hello! Magazine, with photos of the family in their new house, "It has been a huge decision – a year or more in the making."

"For both of us, it was about making the best life. The years slip away and that was very much why we wanted to make this move; to have more quality time together, more family time.

"Our children mean the world to us. Everything we do is for them.
