Jenna Dewan suffers two major fails on Celebrity Family Feud

Jenna Dewan may be known for her killer dance moves in Step Up and her role as Bailey Nune on ABC’s The Rookie, but she isn’t likely to add a recent appearance on Celebrity Family Feud to her resume.

Dewan, 42, appeared on the ABC game show alongside fellow cast members from the show – Richard T. Jones, Mekia Cox, Eric Winter and Melissa O’Neil – to raise money for EM Medical Research.

The team faced off against cast members from their sister show, The Rookie: Feds, Niecy Nash-Betts, Britt Robertson, Kevin Zegers, Felix Solis and James Lesure. That group played for the Amazing Grace Conservatory.

However, nerves appeared to get the better of Dewan, as she failed to give correct answers on two different guesses.

The first came when host Steve Harvey asked her to name “an athlete who has so many trophies, he’d make a good trophy husband.”

Cleary flustered by the question, Dewan seemingly panicked before giving an answer.

“I don’t know! I don’t know!” she said. “Um, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar?”

Harvey seemed stunned by the answer, which he then revealed was not on the board.

Abdul-Jabbar, who played in the NBA for 20 years before retiring in 1989, was part of six championship teams during his time.

While impressive, the game’s answers are determined by an unknown group of 100 survey respondents, so if an athlete does not rate among them, they are not included in the final results that players have to guess from.

The athletes who did appear on the board for the round were Tom Brady, Michael Jordan, Michael Phelps and Tiger Woods.

Jordan, like Abdul-Jabbar, won six championships as well during his time in the NBA, while Brady, who officially retired from the NFL this year, won seven Super Bowl rings during his career.

Meanwhile, Woods has won 15 major golf championships and Phelps has won 28 Olympic medals for swimming, 23 of which were gold.

Unfortunately for Dewan, the embarrassment didn’t end there, as she also made an incorrect guess when asked to “Name a holiday gift that Dad must get tired of getting every year.”

That time, she answered, “Framed Picture. Family Photo.”

In the end, two of the correct answers were ties/clothes and tools.

The team for The Rookie: Feds wound up winning the game.
