Married at First Sight fans feel physically sick as one couple already declare theyre in love

While some of the couples on Married at First Sight UK have faced a rocky start to married life, one pair has been off to a flying start, already professing their love for each other.

Brad Skelly and Shona Manderson had mentioned the 'L' word during a dinner party and confirmed their feelings at the commitment ceremony.

It was clear at the beginning of the show that as soon as the pair laid eyes on one another that there was an instant attraction. They tied the knot and since then things have gone from strength to strength.

During their honeymoon on a tropical island the pair took part in cringeworthy tantric massages, deep and meaningful conversations and spiritual activities, so romantic and full-on that tattooed Brad admitted he was 'falling in love' with his performing arts teacher wife.

Since returning from their honeymoon, they had been extremely affectionate, with Shona describing their state as a "love bubble."

They even mentioned taking their time with intimacy, despite appearing quite passionate. Brad cryptically expressed his desire to explore various avenues and experiences.

Shona admitted she was a bit conservative about sex but suggested they shouldn't talk about it too much. She added: “ "Both Bradley and I have said we both fall in love fast. Genuinely with my heart I’ve never felt this before. I’ve never felt more compatible with anybody."

Brad also chimed in: "It's definitely love and it's not lust."

The couple exchanged "I love you"s in front of the other couples and quickly decided to stay in the experiment.

However, some viewers found their rapid progression questionable, with one commenting on social media that they couldn't keep a straight face when watching Brad and Shona. Another viewer added: “Shona and Brad make me feel physically sick."

Other viewers have been rooting for the couple, with one writing: "Shona and Brad are perfect my gosh."

A second commented: "Shona and Brad are such a good match."

"Shona and Brad have strong chemistry", gushed a third.

There were also concerns that the honeymoon period might not last, with one viewer commenting: "Interested to see what happens with Shona and Brad after their first fight."

Some were skeptical about their professed love after only a week, while another joked: "Shona and Brad are giving year seven couple."

However, Brad has hinted at things not being plain-sailing for him and Shona on the E4 show. Speaking ahead of the series launch, he shared how the show "tests you in so many different ways".

The groom said: "I don't regret anything because I think you acted in a way at that time. But it definitely tests you in so many different ways. It pushes your buttons and sometimes it can overwhelm you and you can feel stressed."

This also isn't Brad's first time searching for love on TV. Viewers may also recognise Brad from his brief stint on Celebs Go Dating. He dated Geordie Shore's Charlotte Crosby on the TV show back in 2016, but their romance failed to blossom into anything serious.
