Matt Hancock branded most awkward man alive as he dances to Lizzo in swim shorts

Matt Hancock is being branded the “most awkward man alive” after he danced to Lizzo in a video with Montana Brown.

The politician and former I’m A Celebrity star was recently seen being put through his paces in a brutal new trailer for the latest series of C4's Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.

He’ll star in the show alongside a series of other celebrities, including Michelle Heaton and Gareth Gates, who appear alongside him and Montana in the new video.

Montana shared a video that was filmed a year ago during filming for the show, where the four celebrities can be seen dancing by a pool in swimming costumes while dancing to Lizzo’s ‘2 B Loved (Am I Ready)’.

The former Health Secretary is seen wearing a pair of swimming shorts as he awkwardly dances alongside his co-stars.

Montana wrote in the caption: “Had to hold onto this bad boy for nearly over a year… I think we’re ready to be professional dancers next”.

However, the video was not received well by Montana’s followers, who criticised the politician’s dance moves and asked why he was appearing in the video.

One person wrote: “Matt Hancock has to be the most awkward man alive”.

Another added: “I did a double take, Matt Hancock!!!!”

Someone else wrote: “Mon’ I adore you but why the f are you with Matt Hancock, and I am now p*ssed off at myself because I have watched it multiple times”.

Another person wrote: “Sorry but Matt Hancock is not a vibe”.

Matt, Montana, Michelle and Gareth are just some of the sixteen celebrities facing one of the toughest challenges of their lives when they’re put through the most gruelling stages of SAS selection in the brand-new fifth series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.

Love Island and TOWIE stars are among some of the famous faces who will abandon their glamorous lifestyles as they attempt to survive the most unforgiving jungle in the world in Thung Ui, North Vietnam.

In a new trailer for the series, Matt Hancock can be seen crying, fighting and being tackled to the ground by Love Island star Teddy Soares.

When sitting down to talk to some of the ex-Special Forces operators, Matt is told: "Relax. You look like you're about to get executed," as the former Health Secretary is seen with tears in his eyes.

Matt was the Health Secretary for the UK when it went into lockdown amid the Covid pandemic in 2020, but in 2021 he was secretly filmed sharing a kiss with his aide, Gina Coladangelo – thus breaking his own social distancing rules.

Amid the uproar, Matt resigned from his role, however, he and Gina remain together.
