NCIS: Hawaii season two finale teased in sneak peak

NCIS Hawaii’s Kate Whistler actress Tori Anderson featured in Smallville at the start of her career, although she sported an unrecognisable look.
Whistler started off in the CBS drama as a Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) officer, before going on to work for the FBI as an NCIS-FBI liaison.
She is also one half of the police procedural’s popular couple with Agent Lucy Tara (Yasmine Al-Bustami), who have had their ups and downs but have since grown closer.
At the end of the series finale, Whistler and Jane Tennant (Vanessa Lachey) were under attack in Venezuela until Agent Sam Hanna (LL Cool J) surprisingly came to their rescue.
As fans now await the third season, pictures of actress Anderson’s time in Smallville have resurfaced.

Anderson’s career began in 2003 when she featured in an episode of The Twilight Zone.
The 34-year-old went on to appear in Tru Calling before starring in an episode of the action fiction series Smallville.
She was in the fourth episode of season three entitled Truth, as a character called Rebecca.
Chloe Sullivan (Allison Mack) had just discovered she had the ability to get anyone to tell her the truth and so started asking embarrassing secrets of her fellow students.
Among those who were part of Chloe’s experiment was Rebecca as they passed one another in the hallway.

Chloe asked Rebecca how she was able to get an A on her geometry test when everyone else only received a C.
Rebecca then admitted she stole the answer key the day before the test and realising what she had said, Rebecca begged Chloe to keep her secret.
Anderson noticeably looks very different as Rebecca in comparison to Whistler, swapping her blouses and dresses for jeans and a turtleneck jumper.
Rebecca also wears a pair of square spectacles and looks far more serious than Whistler does in NCIS Hawaii.

Sadly, it’s going to be quite some time until the island state drama will be back for another season.
The show was renewed for a third outing earlier this year and was expected to start last month.
But since the writers and actors strikes are ongoing, the show won’t be back for new episodes until spring 2024.
