The Chase star Bradley Walsh claimed his team was "falling apart" as questions were raised over their tactics.
During Tuesday's (October 10) episode, Rich, Ella, Lucy and Neil took on chaser Jenny Ryan, hoping to win some cash. First up to take on The Vixen was 51-year-old Rich, who felt he underperformed in the cash builder after earning £4,000.
But despite his best efforts, he was caught by the 41-year-old. With one team member already down, the pressure was on for student Ella, who also managed to answer four questions correctly in the cash builder.

The 24-year-old was given the option of £1,000 and £40,000, as well as her original £4,000. Turning to her two remaining teammates for advice, Neil said: "You gotta get back. Go for the four thousand, don't go for the one thousand, that's too low."
Lucy added: "I think stick with the four thousand and get back. We've lost Rich but we need you here." It appeared things were starting to look up for the team as Ella became the first contestant of the day to make it through to the final chase.
Following Ella was 33-year-old Lucy, who showed off her impressive general knowledge after answering six questions correctly in the first round. Jenny put £1,000 on the table as the low offer once again, but this time upped the stakes with £50,000 as the high offer.
Neil quipped: "50 grand would be nice because you're very good. But I say go for the six grand and get home." Ella agreed: "I definitely need you back here with me so go for six."
After Lucy opted for the middle option, Jenny couldn't help but swipe at the team, reminding them that this isn't always the wisest choice. She said: "Not necessarily the safest option having seen what happened to Rich, but you've clearly got the confidence."
And the chaser knew what she was talking about as she caught the contestant with no problems. Bradley turned to her and said: "Lucy that is devastating because the team is falling apart."

While Jenny slammed the team's decisions once again, saying: "So many contestants consider the middle offer as the safe offer. It is by no means the safest option to get you through." With nothing left to lose, 47-year-old Neil opted for the high offer of £56,000.
But in similar fashion, he proved no match for The Vixen who caught him after just a few questions. In the final chase, Ella put on an impressive display, answering 12 questions correctly. Although she was caught with 53 seconds to spare, both Bradley and Jenny praised the student on her approach to the game.
