Jonas Brothers' Joe Jonas Files For Divorce From Sophie Turner
Jonas Brothers‘ Joe Jonas and “Game of Thrones” actress Sophie Turner have filed for divorce after four years of marriage.
The singer filed a petition for divorce on Tuesday, September 5, in Miami Dade County, that stated “the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken.”
The couple have two daughters, who were born in 2020 and 2022. Jonas is seeking shared custody. The documents state that “it is in the best interests of the minor children that the parties have shared parental responsibility.”
Jonas and Turner have a prenuptial agreement, according to the filing. The two began dating in 2016 and became engaged in 2017.
The couple legally married in Las Vegas in May 2019, a month before having a full ceremony with friends and family at Chateau de Tourreau in the south of France.
