I’m A Celebrity will return with extra-long first episode – as ITV wipe schedules for nerve-jangling opening trial | The Sun

I'M A Celebrity will return with an extra-long first episode when the new series kicks off on Sunday.

A new bunch of I'm a Celebrity campmates are moving into the jungle this weekend – including the likes of Nigel Farage and Jamie Lynn Spears.

And viewers are in for a treat with a two-hour long episode which will include the first trial.

We'll also be properly introduced to the celebrities hoping to be named King or Queen of the Jungle.

New snaps today revealed EastEnders star Danielle Harold taking on the first trial Pole Position, a reworking of the iconic Walk the Plank task.

She was first out on the lofty new structure, which saw the celebs have to descend down a ladder before crawling along a cylindrical pole.

"Gone are the days of Helen Flanagan and Kim Woodburn shrieking through trials, and it’s been ages since our last ‘Get Me Out Of Here!’ when a celeb refuses to take part.
