Strictlys Krishnan Guru-Murphy got blunt three-word order from BBC pro partner
Krishnan Guru-Murphy has revealed the simple advice he got from his Strictly dance partner.
The Channel 4 presenter said his pro partner told him to stop 'thinking' so much during rehearsals, suggesting he needs to loosen up the hips a bit.
Speaking to Daily Star and other press, he said: "The thing you work out very quickly is whether you can do more than one thing at a time, because there's quite a lot of that in dance, and thinking about stuff.

"My dance partner has just spent all the time saying 'Dance, don't think.' If I think, I'm dead."
Asked why he finally accepted the invite for Strictly after turning it down in the past, he said: "Something changed this year. It was kind of a feeling.
"The news has been through a very, very grim period. The pandemic, political chaos, the war in Ukraine, and my life's been really, really serious in quite an intense way.
"I genuinely thought it would be great to have some pure joy in my life, and this is just fun and laughter and learning something new that takes your mind totally away from everything else.

"You can't think at all, and that's kind of why I'm doing this. They'd asked me so many times before and I'd said 'No,' and suddenly thought 'You're an idiot! Why aren't you doing this?' This is great.'"
The broadcaster previously revealed he'd asked his cardiologist if there was a chance drop dead on the dancefloor due to his heart issues.
He told The Guardian: "I’ve got various health issues, which I’m constantly aware of. I’ve got a genetic heart condition – hypertrophic cardiomyopathy – which has killed two of my cousins, Crohn’s disease, various other things I won’t bore you with."
He added: "I even asked my cardiologist if I might drop dead live on BBC One. No, was his answer – but he couldn’t give me an absolute guarantee."
